  • Identify new group, picnic, birthday, season ticket and mini-pack ticket sales prospects, while retaining current customer relationships.
  • Work closely with the entire front office staff to achieve overall revenue goals.
  • Work in tandem with other team members to ensure that all elements included in each group, picnic, birthday and season ticket package are delivered in a first-class manner by the provisions of each agreement.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports on group and gameday sales reports
  • Oversee and perform the day-to-day operations of both the ticket office on both game days and non-game days.
  • Work cohesively with other team members within a smaller office staff environment on day-to-day responsibilities for Corporate Sales, Gameday Operations, Public Relations, Media Relations, Baseball Operations, Merchandise and Stadium Operations.
  • Lead and instruct interns to reach team sales goals and excellent customer service standards.
  • Maintain relationships with current corporate sponsors and identify potential new corporate partnerships.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sports Management or related discipline.
  • One or more years of baseball front office experience.
  • Must be adept in sales and the fulfillment of contracts for group outings, picnics, corporate events, birthday parties, and season ticket packages.
  • Must be an aggressive, outgoing, self-motivated team player that can focus on both group and individual revenue goals and objectives
  • Should have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be creative, well-organized, possess a strong work ethic, desire to excel and willingness to learn.
  • Must be detail oriented and have excellent time-management skills.
  • Should be proficient in Word and Excel.
  • Must have ability and willingness to do Public Speaking and be in the Community as an Ambassador for the Club.
  • Must have the ability and willingness to work long hours, nights/weekends/holidays as needed, and assist with other tasks and events at the ballpark.
  • Knowledge of the Streamline Ticketing system is preferred but not required. Position will Report to the General Manager
