Responsibilities Oversee the Company's digital ad operations across its university partners and the Digital Fan Network (DFN) Own the operational workflow for display ad operations Manage relationship with 3rd party ad serving partner(s), staying abreast on the latest trafficking solutions and certification processes Collaborate with local and national sales teams to optimize digital ad campaigns Oversee the monitoring and analysis of campaign delivery/pacing, identify potential issues and communicate recommendations Resolve issues that arise including reporting discrepancies Assess and improve performance of ad units and placements against revenue goals through analysis of ad serving metrics Assist in the deployment of programmatic ad serving on the network Manage the trafficking, testing and implementation of ad campaigns and pixel tags as needed Assist in the evaluation of new technologies, market trends and industry best practices Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience Minimum 3 years within the Digital Advertising industry with an in-depth knowledge of ad operations (i.e., Google Ad Manager), systems, integrations, and workflow Ability to explain technical material to a non-technical audience Candidate should be driven, solutions focused, organized, have the ability to work independently and have excellent interpersonal communications and relationship building skills Knowledge of and familiarity with college sports and sports terminology in general High level of analytical and creative problem solving, questioning and feedback skills Must be customer service oriented and have commitment to quality Excellent skill level with Powerpoint and Excel, creating presentations and running reports Must be proficient with javascript, iFrame, and other HTML coding as it relates to ad serving and pixel implementation Must be proficient in ad server targeting methods
