The B2B and Digital Tools representative will primarily be responsible for driving the implementation of the B2B platform, supporting all B2B accounts through the platform as well as owning the digital tool implementation for the US Wholesale Sales team. The representative will be managing daily customer-facing aspects of the B2B email inbox including sales, order fulfilment, and account management, delivering against assigned sales targets via marketing and catalog communications. They will also be responsible for managing the Digital Tool Box, once up and running. This will entail being the key contact for all of US Sales in utilization of the Toolbox. Prior to implementation, this person will be the key liaison between US Wholesale needs for digital tools and the Global Digital Asset team. Key Responsibilities:
Primary account manager for selected B2B accounts including, but not limited to, sell-in, customer service, driving allocation management, communication reminders, brand comms, and orders management/communication. Deliver annual assigned Sales Targets for the B2B accounts- 150 accounts Develop strategies to improve sales performance, achieve goals and meet/exceed expectation Provide accurate and timely input into sales planning forecasting cycle for B2B customer base. Develop and monitor performance reports and call to action against defined KPI's. Support B2B customers independently - through e-mail communication. Train B2B accounts on platform and service model. Create and maintain seasonal catalogs for B2B accounts. Manage account opening requests through B2B portal and survey Collaborate cross-functionally with internal interfaces (e.g. Marketing, Sales Ops, Finance, IT, CTC, CS, Credit) to ensure the platform offers relevant, timely and engaging content Be the B2B tool expert for the sales force and customers. Key contact with US Wholesale on Digital needs for Wholesale.com. Entails capturing all time-lines needed, specifications for imagery, and copy for all top digital accounts. Owner for set up and implementation of the Digital Toolbox -entails ensuring all input systems are up to date and setting strategy for pilot and roll-out. Key Contact for Digital Tool Box for all customers and sales managers. Owner of communication for improvements and needs on Digital Tool Box. Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Proficiency in core computer systems (Microsoft- Excel, Outlook) Strong problem solving & analytical skills. Uses data, including financial data, to analyze trends and develop solutions Strong written, verbal and, professional communication skills. Bachelor's degree (B.
