Apptio Analyst

I require an analyst operator of the Appti platform with reasonable experience of the Apptio software and support experience gained within insurance environments. The knowledge of the Apptio product to be able to suggest ways of enhancing the existing model

Predominant tasks

• To upload monthly data file
• The closing down of fallout on the platform once uploads are completed
• Responding to client requests inc. administrative activities on the platform, and ad-hoc requests about uploads and corrective actions
• Raising service tickets to Apptio Support
