What you'll do on a typical day: Define, maintain, and track project plans to ensure objectives are clear and to drive progress and execution; organize and lead project/program status updates and steering committee meetings Analyze different business metrics and conduct gap analysis and process optimization Work with users and collaborate with programmers and software developers to analyze user requirements and convert them into a user story including detailed functional specifications and acceptance criteria Organize, coordinate, and lead user acceptance testing; maintain updates as systems/processes evolve Create both user, workflow, and technical documentation Deliver training in targeted areas and "train the trainer" in other areas including the creation and/or participation of training materials Use basic query tools, MS Excel, and other tools to analyze and report data What you need to succeed at XPO: At a minimum, you'll need: Bachelor's degree in Business or IT related fields 4 years of experience in business analysis/project management in a finance environment, and working on data models with SQL experience to write queries and perform data analysis Knowledge of accounting principles, revenue accounting, invoicing, E-commerce/payments Experience in a high volume/low dollar transaction environment Experience dealing across business units, internationally in a matrix environment It'd be great if you also have: Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field Experience in the transportation industry Be part of something big. #LI-FM1 XPO provides cutting-edge supply chain solutions to the world's most successful companies, including Disney, Pepsi, L'Or al, Toyota and many others.
