Essential Job Functions:
Providing knowledge and understanding of the physical integration of systems with vehicle platforms within the Military Deployed Tactical Environment.
Providing systems engineering for the following concept development; requirements analysis development and documentation; systems design and architecture; modeling and simulation; integration, test and evaluation; hardware and software validation; host platform integration support; and field demonstrations; of Positioning, Navigation and Timing (PNT) products and documentation.
Coordinating, developing, updating, and documenting PNT requirements; product and customer data, briefings, internal and external reporting and tracking systems; various integrated product teams (IPTs) and Working Groups; website and knowledge management activities; and security activities.
Providing input into the development of PNT objectives requirements analysis, strategies, schedules, documentation, business case analysis, acquisition planning, policy implementation and achievement of milestone objectives in support of milestone decisions and PNT and Army enterprise PNT architecture development. Requirements Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. citizenship is required.
Must have expert knowledge in physical integration, including relevant defense standards, power technologies and Electromagnetic and Environmental Effects (E3) Skills.
Bachelor's degree or fifteen (15) years related DoD acquisition experience is required. Fifteen (15) years of military service in a related MOS (or equivalent classification) can be substituted for the degree and experience requirements.
Must have experience with developing, reviewing and giving presentations/briefings to senior management.
Must possess a Secret Security Clearance.
