Posted on Nov 1 Job Type: Full Time Job ID: W VP Business Development - Digital International Management Consulting Firm Location: anywhere in the US, travel from a major airport Our Client is a successful, well-established strategy and transformation Consulting Firm. We have a search underway for a digital ready Account Executive with substantial P&L responsibility, to join its Industrials Business Development team. The individual will call upon their broad business background and executive presence to assist in the expansion of new business for the firm. We must see a proven track record of "C-level" business development experience in heavy industries, such as large industrial manufacturers, distributors, or suppliers. Ideally, this executive will have strong business development skills that have grown over the years, and now are refined, so they will feel comfortable selling an intangible consulting service to other CEO-level executives. You must be able to connect at the C-level, able to discuss the challenges of digital transformation at the intersection of people and technology. This individual must be able to operate at a boardroom level, have an excellent executive presence, and the drive/energy to succeed in selling consulting services. Experience: BS/BA degree, MS preferred 5 plus years of successful selling consultative services, recent experience selling digital solutions. Have a proven track record of selling to C-Suite executives. Be adept at closing large complex B2B consulting-led solution engagements Have exceptional social skills including team leadership, a collaborative mindset, motivation skills driving distributed solution & delivery teams to design complex client problems. Possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Understand business organization structures and operating models with strong financial acumen, including the understanding, analysis, and linkages of the P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements Have extensive experience in Industrials or Professional Services sales Ability to travel Compensation will be very high with total earnings potential in the $300K-500K range.
