They now require a Business Development Team PA to join their busy Sales Division. This role involves providing support to the Business Development team, co-ordinating diaries, facilitating correspondence, preparing meetings and administrating the Sales activities of the Business. Roles & Responsibilities: This is a broad overview of the position and does not encompass all aspects of the role of Business Development Team PA. * Day-to-day organisation of the Business Development team movements * Co-ordination and facilitation of appointments with internal and external parties * Day-to-day operation of Project Database * Day-to-day operation of CRM system * Delivery and reporting of Company events strategy * Supporting the execution of Company events * Production and circulation of Business Development reports * Co-ordination of annual leave requests and office cover Skills & Experience: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Excellent level of accuracy * Strong customer-service ethic * Previous experience gained working in Executive Assistant, Business Development or Sales Administration roles * Good organisational skills, able to manage a busy workload * Educated to G.C.S.E or equivalent including English and Maths * Intermediate/advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, in particular Excel * Experience of using Adobe suite * Experience of using CRM system * Professional yet friendly approach to work * Strives to go the extra mile * Flexible; able to adapt to changing priorities * Takes ownership of tasks * Employs empathy in dealing with clients Benefits: * 23 days holiday increasing up to 31 with length of service * Auto enrolment pension 1%/1% * Private medical after probation (individual cover) * Child care voucher scheme after probation * Death in Service * Annual Salary Review Should this amazing Business Development Team PA role be of interest to you, please submit your CV to Anna Maguire.
