DBS supports Dover's Operating Companies through the processing of select financial and transactional processes and provides HR and IT support. DBS operates shared service centers in China, North America, the Philippines and Scotland. Position Title: Global Payroll Program Manager Position Summary: The Global Payroll Program Manager is responsible for the rollout and implementation of Dover's Global Payroll platform, as well as payroll processing for all Dover Operating Companies (OpCos) in the United States. Reporting to the Director of HR Operations, the Global Payroll Program Manager will have two direct reports who will oversee a team of 10-15 analysts. The payroll analysts are responsible for processing payroll, as well as ensuring proper controls are in place and that Dover remains in compliance with all Federal, State and Local laws from a payroll perspective. The payroll team directly interacts with diverse payroll systems supporting employees across numerous entities throughout the United States, including but not limited to CA, IL, MI, MN, MO, OH, PA, NC, WI. Payroll populations include union/non-union, pension/non-pension eligible participants. Responsibilities: * Manage payroll operations, with teams based in both North America and Asia * Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are being met around payroll accuracy and timeliness * Monitor file feeds to/from payroll systems, including WageWorks (benefits), Wells Fargo (401(k)), HSA Bank and others * Partner with key stakeholders, including HRIS and Benefits teams to identify and implement process improvement opportunities related to payroll * Oversee the GL data extraction process from the payroll system * Ensure that data entry into various systems (ADP GlobalView and ADP eTime) is completed timely and accurately * Ensure that tickets in the case management system (ServiceNow) are responded to in line with established SLAs * Oversee payroll tax compliance * Help implement and execute on global payroll roadmap/strategy * Work closely with the HRIS team to identify and implement process improvements, reducing/eliminating manual processes where possible * Act as an escalation point to resolve issues with the Operating Companies * Regularly report out on metrics to ensure that the team's performance is in line with expectations * All other duties as assigned Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree required; Business Management, Human Resources, Accounting, or related majors preferred * Previous experience leading enterprise-level payroll implementations required * Minimum of 10 years of payroll or HR experience * PMP certification strongly preferred * Previous experience with ADP GlobalView and ADP eTime strongly preferred * Strong Microsoft Excel skills required (vlookps, pivot tables, etc) * Strong controls/compliance mindset * Strong customer service skills * Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment * Self-directed, positive and ethical role model able to work with moderate supervision * Highly ethical and ability to maintain strict confidentiality * Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills * Strong continuous improvement mindset All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, disability, age, genetic information, or any other factors prohibited by law.
