Under the supervision of a Laboratory Section Coordinator, performs Quality Control, diagnostic testing procedures and preverifies test results for validity, accuracy, and timeliness of reporting. One year clinical laboratory intership in approved lab and one year's experience working all sections of lab. Medical terminology required.
Bachelor of Science degree (Life Sciences or Clinical Lab Science degree) and current CA Clinical Lab Scientist license.
1-2 years of experience with a minimum of 1 year in area of related field Minimum of 3-5 years combined experience in healthcare industry 1-2 years of experience with a minimum of 1 year in area of related field Complete annual safety training.
