The Physical Therapist provides professional Physical Therapy services including evaluations, planning individual patient care programs, and treatments. Demonstrates/uses current knowledge of principles and practices of Physical Therapy. Participates in job related departmental functions as an integral member of the patient care team.
New graduate without experience acceptable, unless a specific number of years required due to the needs of the department at the time of the appointment.
Masters and/or Baccalaureate degree from a school of Physical Therapy accredited by the Council on Medical Education and Hospitals of the American Physical Therapy Association or its equivalent.
BASIC LIFE SUPPORT-AHA (CT CPRBLS) , PHYSICAL THERAPIST (LIC PT)
