Sodexo is seeking customer focused candidates for a Patient Services Manager position supporting the Care New England healthcare system.
In this role, you will direct and participate in all of the daily patient services operations, utilizing "At Your Request" a specialty meal program. In this customer focused role, you will be responsible for conducting performance improvement and quality assurance programs targeted to help improve patient satisfaction. Responsibilities include participation in and directing the patient meal operation; daily meal rounding and interaction with the patients, their families and the nursing staff; ensuring proper meal assembly procedures & staff training. #RDMGT

Provides direction for patient meal services at patient care units to ensure customer satisfaction and retention for the Company.
- Directs daily operations of patient meal services at patient care units to ensure employees have appropriate equipment, inventory and resources to perform their jobs and meet goals and deadlines.
- Supervises day-today work activities by delegating authority, assigning, scheduling, and prioritizing activities and monitoring operating standards.
- Establishes operating standards, implements quality improvements and communicates them to employees.
- Performs audits and prepares reports.
