This position is responsible for regulating machines by setting and adjusting controls. Also responsible for determining sequence of operations by studying blueprints, specifications, and work orders. Prepare machines for production by positioning and securing dies, stops and guides.
Sets up and operates a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines including robotic assembly equipment used in the production of the company's product. Responsible for the overall operation of potentially large-scale manufacturing machinery including actions such as feeding materials for processing, adjusting settings, performing minor repairs, and pulling finished product from the line. Works from process sheets or written/verbal instructions given by supervisor to perform production tasks. Checks and inspects operation results against predetermined tolerances.
Learn job skills, basic dental terminology, and company policy and procedures to complete assigned tasks.
Work on assignments that are routine in nature.
Examination of small parts for quality control.
Work under minimal supervision and receive detailed instructions to accomplish assigned tasks.
2nd Shift 2:00pm-10:30pm M-F
MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
Typically High School education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training.

Typically, to advance to a new job level, TSMs must demonstrate professional behavior and should consistently be at the high-end of meets expectations or consistently exceed expectations.
TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
