This position is responsible for the monthly processing of Human Resource data files and working with the Henry Schein education vendor to accurately enroll the worldwide employee population.
Corporate Compliance Education: Supports the organization in complying with and the administration of ongoing Corporate Compliance Education Programs within the North American and Global Markets which include newly acquired companies and subsidiaries. Coordinates the roll out of current and newly developed compliance education programs with business partners and the selected education Learning Management System (LMS) vendor, including accurate and timely editing of the education content, set-up of the learning system and roll-out of learning course campaigns; Partners with internal departments to define the audience for education and obtain accurate employee data. Responsible for the LMS system set-up and execution of the appropriate communications templates to employees. Responsible for interpreting data trends and statistics to compile into compliance presentations for management. Prepare monthly and quarterly compliance education status and enrollment reports. Provide analysis and suggestions for process improvement and efficiencies. Serves as the point of contact for compliance education management and trouble-shooting. Will participate and collaborate with the Operations team on projects as required. Provides and maintains accurate employee data for all Global Markets within the compliance learning system and is responsible for obtaining any additional data needed to ensure the success of the Conflict of Interest (COI) Compliance team and supporting the yearly COI certification process; Track user volume in LMS in order to present recommendations for contract/amendment renewals. Review and edit education course materials as needed. Participates in other Compliance Department projects, as required.
Typically 2 to 4 years of related professional experience.
Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline.
