Responsibilities

  • Work in a fast-paced environment

  • Heavy typing with transcription of confidential correspondence

  • Coordinate calendars and arrange travel

  • Direct contact with corporate executives

  • Maintain client database and report preparation


Qualifications

  • Three years of administrative experience in a busy environment

  • Working knowledge of certain Microsoft products including Word, Excel, Windows, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Typing speed of 60 wpm

  • Transcription experience helpful

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills

  • Detail-oriented

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Highly organized
