Functional Analyst - French or Dutch speaking - Insurance

We have a current opportunity for a Functional Analyst - French or Dutch speaking for a global insurance client on a contract basis. The position will be based in Brussels.

• Experience with Application Development of Administrative systems in an IT department
• Able to capture main topics in discussions with technical IT people

Main objectives:

• Be is charge of a first line maintenance team of 4 to 6 persons
• Coordinate the demand priorities between business and IT
• Dispatch the demands in his/her team or send them to the second line support
• Responsible for all maintenance request on planning and follow-up
• Prepare with team the non-regression tests before a business release
• Activate long term solutions to the different domain based on frequent recurring problems
