We are looking for an experienced theatrical/venue technician with the passion and drive to join our dedicated technical team.

You will be working in a busy and varied environment to provide technical, logistical and building support for events within our venues, including two theatre spaces and our 1200 capacity venue the Anson Rooms.

Events include student society productions, Bristol SU events and external conferences.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a varied and challenging working environment, on a diverse range of events.

Role: Facilities & Technical Assistant

Hours: 35 hours per week

Salary: £22,360 - £25,659

Contract: Permanent

Closing date: 9 th June

Who are you?

  • Must have experience in operating/programming a Avolites & ETC ION lighting desk
  • You will be confident at rigging and operating Sound, Lighting & AV equipment
  • Be willing to work evening and some weekends
  • Able to problem solve and develop solutions
