Business Analyst Procurement Service - Brussels - 12 months

One of our important clients is looking for a Business Analyst for a 12 months contract in Brussels. The day rate is negotiable.

Client is looking for a Procurement business analyst that can support us in those related projects. You will be working within a team of business analysts and work closely with process owners and business and will report to the team leader business analysts procurement.

Service description:

• Support the procurement workstream during the project and especially the connected Ariba projects
• Participation in workshops including preparation, execution and documentation
• Participating in the modelling of business processes
• Writing of the business blueprint and specifications for the main project and Ariba projects
• Validating and challenging the functional and technical specifications of the IT and implementation partner during the implementation
• Creating test scenarios and testing of the applications during the implementation
• Creating training material and providing training to end users (internal and external)
• Support in the supplier onboarding on Ariba Network
• Supporting the end-users in the use of the implemented IT tools.
• Interface function between the business and the IT within the Group

Requirements:

• Master degree in IT or an economical direction
• Experience in complex SAP and Ariba implementation projects (2-5 years)
• Profound knowledge of Procurement processes
• Professional knowledge of SAP-Ariba (Sourcing, Network), SAP MM (SAP ECC & S/4HANA) and SAP-SRM, knowledge in BI Tools (BO reporting) is a plus.
• Professional knowledge in integration/internal Interface from SAP in the other modules
• Willing to learn the different IT tools on short term
• Willing to combine project-based work with day-to-day support of end users
• Strong analytical skills and critical minded
• Large problem solving capacity
• Can communicate effectively with many different stakeholders
• A real team player
• Language: Project Language is English. Additional languages (GER, NL, FR) a plus
