The Membership Advisor position is responsible for attainment of personal sales quotas in a manner that builds rapport and fosters new member retention. The position involves inside membership sales activities including, but not limited to: self-generation of new membership leads, booking and confirming appointments by phone or internet, conducting center tours, presenting rates, asking for the sale, handling concerns and following up with prospects that did not become a member. Additional responsibilities include by are not limited to: generating retail and corporate referrals, participating in internal and external marketing and networking activities to achieve required lead generation targets. Must be a team player who works cooperatively with co-workers to achieve Center goals and deliver exemplary customer service. QUALIFICATIONS
A Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business, Marketing or the equivalent, required. Previous experience within the fitness, health and wellness industry preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
