The Manager, Vendor Performance & Integration will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of POs placed with our third party supplier base. You will be responsible for defining processes - including escalation and decision-making protocols to support efficient operations. You will take the lead in mitigating delays and shortages by working proactively with the Supplier, Supply Planning, Sourcing, Logistics and Customer Order Management to solve problems. The Manager, Vendor Performance & Integration will promote excellent master data quality practices. The successful candidate will develop and maintain metrics and KPIs that measure vendor performance, production efficiency and PO fill rates. This analysis will support continuous improvement, process efficiency and capital investment exercises aimed at generating a reliable supply of product to meet growing customer demand. The Manager, Vendor Performance & Integration will also be a key contributor to our efforts related to procuring, configuring and implementing a Vendor Portal that will provide real-time visibility to our PO order flow, shipments and payments. You will liaise with relevant functional stakeholders, including IT, to ensure that we have the best technological solution to support our business going forward. Requirements -Bachelor's degree in related field (Business, Supply Chain, Operations) with 8+ years of experience in sourcing or procurement - preferably for sporting goods, footwear or fashion manufacturer or the equivalent combination of education and experience. -APICS Certification/Lean Six Sigma Certification -Must have experience implementing a Vendor Portal. -Experience in developing, documenting and maintaining complex, cross-functional processes. -Experience driving data discipline as a necessary foundation to effective business management and accurate KPI measurement. -Expertise in data acquisition, spreadsheet/database development and analysis. -Knowledge of Excel modeling, Access/SQL, Power Point; Visual Basics a plus. -Strong quantitative skills and reporting capabilities. Able to clearly articulate a problem and propose a solution grounded in solid data analysis. -Proven ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional business partners. -Able to work effectively in a constantly changing, fast paced team environment. -Ability to travel 25%
