As a Senior Manager, Performance Management Reporting and Analytics in the North American Supply Chain, you will be responsible for creating, aligning, and maintaining data and reporting of key Performance Management metrics for multiple distribution centers in the Memphis area.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Drive the development and creation of key metrics and reports tied to Performance Management.
Collaborate with operational partners to understand business requirements.
Establish plan to capture data and create key metrics.
Create routines at multiple levels for consuming and leveraging key reports.
Support All Star initiative as a key member of the core project team.
Support Performance Management Director in establishing long term vision for Reporting and Analytics team.
Design enhanced staffing and capacity models to support Memphis network.
Foster collaboration, strategic alignment, and key deliverables with partners across operations, NA Fulfillment Center of Excellence, Nike Tech, and Performance Management and Reporting.
Facilitate discussions on complex technical topics to drive clarity and understanding among a diverse set of stakeholders.
Ability to tell the story of operational performance through analysis, reporting, and analytics.

Bachelor or Master's degree and minimum of five years relevant work experience.
Strong background in business intelligence and analytics with experience in Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, Cognos, and/or Oracle.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems and data.
Demonstrated ability to lead and influence technical teams.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and anticipate the needs of a changing landscape.
