This position is responsible for assisting in the development and administration of employee base salary and bonus programs. Performs analysis of various compensation plans and makes recommendations. Leads a variety of compensation projects by performing the following main duties: Conducts job and market pay analysis to determine appropriate pay grade and FLSA status. As part of the annual salary review process, analyzes current organizational pay practices and makes recommendations for salary changes to ensure pay for performance and internal equity. Manages and actively participates in the annual year-end salary/merit administration and bonus processes working with Finance and others as needed. Reviews proposed salary actions to ensure conformance with established guidelines and policies. Participates in salary surveys and analyzes results to determine organization's market relationship. Advises management on compensation actions for employees. Analyzes compensation programs for compliance, trends and prevailing practices among similar organizations. Maintains knowledge of compensation regulations and stays abreast of changes in those regulations. Assists in the development, documentation and distribution of incentive plans. Additional duties and projects as required. Minimum Requirements Required Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university with a focus in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration or other related major; and 2 - 4 years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Required Computer and/or Technical Skills
Should have intermediate knowledge and abilities with Microsoft Word and Excel as well as a working understanding of functions and relationships of information in Workday HCM. Core Competencies: Communication Skills
