Consulting with prospective members and providing them with the necessary information to differentiate Midtown from other clubs in our market. Actively pursue enrollment of new members through self-generated and company-sponsored programs, promotions and referrals. Conducting club tours and membership presentations with enthusiasm and professionalism. Utilizing computer programs to track appointments, leads, and sales data. Regularly promoting the club and contributing to a positive public image. Maintaining personal accountability for reaching or exceeding sales goals. Contacting canceled memberships to understand reason's they left and suggest solutions that encourage them to revisit Midtown. Maintaining frequent communication with enrolled members to encourage retention. Developing a deep understanding of local competition and communicating what differentiates Midtown from other clubs. Promoting and attending club social events. Serving as club ambassador to local businesses, corporations and community members. To join our Sales Team you should:
Possess strong aptitude for sales or two years of sales experience with a proven track record of success. Have exceptional interpersonal and social skills. Have an appreciation for athletics, tennis and fitness activity with a desire to inspire others through movement, community, and personal attention. Be highly motivated and possess effective communication skills, in person, on phone and email. Be passionate about fitness and helping others improve the quality of their lives. Possess an entrepreneurial nature. Have the ability to work with little supervision. Possess the ability to meet and work with the public in a friendly and enthusiastic manner. Be well-organized and work well under pressure. Have strong marketing and sales skills. Have the ability to work as a team player.
