Want to join our Easton team as a Customer Service Representative? Easton Baseball/Softball is a leading developer and manufacturer of baseball and softball bats, batting and fielding gloves, apparel, bags, helmets, catcher's protective equipment and related accessories in the U.S. and Canada. Easton is recognized as one of the strongest and most innovative brands in baseball and softball. The Customer Service Representative will provide support to our retail customers and internal/external field sales reps. You will answer requests concerning products, shipments and deliveries. The Customer Service Representative will address all inquiries and complaints with the highest degree of professionalism and product knowledge. Essential Functions: -Answer customer inquiries by clarifying desired information, researching and providing information. -Assist customer in identifying best product choices. -Resolve issues by clarifying problems, exploring answers and alternative solutions and implementing the best solution. -Enter order data. -Continually maintain a thorough knowledge of all company products, catalog contents and promotional items -Troubleshoot orders and shipping complications. -Research and resolve accounts receivable issues. -Strive for single call resolution of issues. -Provide timely follow-ups if necessary. Requirements: -Associates degree with 2-5 years of customer service experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience -Proficient with MS Office applications, primarily Excel and Outlook -SAP experience preferred. EDI processing experience is a plus -Basic knowledge of sports and the associated equipment used with each individual sport is desirable. -Ability to multitask -Ability to service high call volume -Strong teamwork skills with the ability to establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships. -Careful attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. -Able to work in fast paced environment -EDI processing experience is a strong plus
