GENERAL DESCRIPTION IPG360 is looking for an innovative thinker to join a fast-growing, start-up company at the intersection of sports, entertainment and technology. This individual will be integral in generating partnership revenue for IPG360's marquee clients and working on the national accounts. With strong instincts and a "get stuff done" mindset, this candidate must have a consultative sales-minded approach, and will work closely with the VP on business development activities. We are looking for the right individual to embody these values and help take us to the next level. This position will be responsible for the following:
  • Write proposals and RFPs
  • Concept development
  • Build partner lead campaigns, presentations in collaboration with VP
  • Support Valuation Studio in creating assets inventory, developing valuation reports
  • Sales pipeline management (CRM)
  • Support day to day business development activities
  • Researching new target companies and building deeper brand partner relationships
  • Improving and maintaining sales materials when needed
  • Join client calls/meetings to go through fact-finding process and gain insight on specific marketing objectives
  • Brainstorm with IPG360 team to develop strategic recommendations, and build customized proposals that best fits prospective advertiser's target demographics, key markets, specific needs and budget options
  • Monitor inventory assets throughout the project to maintain organization among available and sold assets
  • Participate in marketing opportunities and facilitates collaboration within the firm
  • Develop and maintain successful client relationships for repeat business EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS
  • An undergraduate degree is required
  • 2+ years of experience including 2 - 3 years of successfully developing brand/client relationships and selling long-term partnerships for teams, properties, events, etc
  • Understand the sales process, the sales cycle, account management
  • Software skills (Excel, Word, Keynote, Powerpoint, Pages, CRM)
  • Experience working with clients and sponsorship programs
  • Collaborative and professional work ethic
  • Strong interpersonal skills, verbal, listening and written including client presentation skills
