At Hudl, our sales team is designed to target three distinct markets: competitive teams (high schools and small colleges), club teams and elite teams (professional leagues and large conferences). We pair Inside Sales Representatives (focused on growing new subscriptions in a specific sport) with Territory Managers (focused on closing larger deals - think Athletic Directors) to make sure we are growing across all sports, product verticals and geographies. The Territory Manager role is part of our competitive team, working closely with a team of Inside Sales Representatives to sell all sports and all Hudl products in a particular territory. A Territory Manager's primary focus is on the US high school market. You Are
  • Experienced. You have at least two years of business-to-business sales experience and have a proven track record of exceeding goals.
  • Competitive. You love to see your name at the top of the leaderboard and expect the best from yourself.
  • Organized. You map out your days with the leads you're going to contact.
  • Self-motivated. You excel under pressure and will bet on your own abilities.

  • Manage a sales cycle. You'll build relationships with athletic directors to ensure their school's teams are equipped with the tools they need to win.
  • Close sales on the phone. The more calls you make, the more sales you make.
