What you'll do:
You will be tasked with helping the growth team move the needle on all aspects of paid social media performance marketing. Initial objectives will include: Execute advertising strategy across various social media channels in order to achieve KPI goals while maintaining budget. Concept platform-specific creative to be tested each week in line with company style and voice. Set up and manage weekly campaigns and be able to organize results. Evaluate campaign performance by analyzing data and drawing conclusions. Be able to communicate learnings and performance. Gain expert level familiarity with various social media advertising platforms. What you'll need:
Bachelor's degree. Solid communication skills, the ability to listen and collaborate with teams. Basic Excel skills. Design skills - Photoshop and/or Premiere. Previous experience and familiarity with social media marketing channels a plus. Innate knowledge of the sports world and the ability to speak to and target sports-focused audiences. SF based, available to work onsite and remotely at times.
