Lead Business Systems Analyst

Will utilize computer and telephony technology tools used to create, store, exchange, and use all forms of information in Beaverton, OR and Hillsboro, OR. Will develop, plan, and implement technology projects and programs including planning, execution, timing, functionality, quality and cost. Will provide support and systems or application solutions. Will provide business consulting, systems/data/application analysis, programming and documentation. Will participate in activities such as work planning, process development, resource optimization, employee goal setting, coaching, hiring decisions, and performance monitoring. Will perform technical analytics related to advanced data analysis, data mining and source to target mapping. Will create and maintain complex context process and system diagrams. Will work with remote groups such as vendors, other facilities, and departments to gather and document tactical requirements from the business. Will coordinate and communicate functional requirements of business unit and technical solutions with IT capability resources by designing and documenting advanced functional specs. Will ensure standards, processes and policies are followed. Will create and apply standards to regional technology solutions. Will work with systems personnel to implement design; participate in development of project plan/timeline and provide input into project management. Will participate in change management at department and end user level. Will create reports and consult on best practice configuration of systems. Will configure packaged solutions to unique and complex business requirements and perform complex testing activities including construction of test plans/scripts as well as the expected results and the validation of results. Will communicate and document systems changes to the business and translate system functionality into business relevant language. Will engage in domestic and international travel less than ten percent.
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or information technology. Experience: Five years of overall progressive experience in system design and integration design. Skills/Requirements: 5 years experience : (1) SAP HR platforms, (2) SAP HR platform integration development, (3) resolving and triaging production errors, including engaging in root cause analysis, (4) project management, including reviewing the work of team members (5) developing future roadmaps and system architecture, (6) performing system testing and documenting, including using HP Quality Center, (7) gathering technical requirements to engage in platform design, (8) business analysis, and (9) participating and approving the software development lifecycle.
