Position Summary: Manage all digital tools in region's portfolio to further drive brand awareness, conversion, revenue, and foot traffic into local retailers. Financial Responsibilities/Scope Budget tracking for digital projects Key Metrics Meet &/or exceed campaign metrics per promotion Generate incremental website traffic through both organic and owned media Meet &/or exceed email open and click thru rates Duties and Responsibilities Lead digital strategy in North America In collaboration with global digital team, manage regional activation of Responsible for managing Google Tag Manager, goal setting and implementing HTML as needed Expert in Google Analytics with the ability to generate on-demand reports as well as help trouble shoot tracking issues Produce weekly campaign reports to be shared internally & externally Create and execute email marketing strategy to drive retention and engagement Operate CRM platform to utilize database segments to improve marketing tactics Manage the implementation and performance of SEO strategies and techniques to expand organic search presence and ranking across Google, Bing and other networks Track net promoter score and report regularly to organization Assist marketing team with additional digital tools that may be used Proactively research and identify new opportunities to further drive revenue through rider campaigns and improve marketing efficiencies Other Provides general assistance to Sr. Marketing Manager and NA Marketing Team as required Cross-functional position that requires collaboration with various teams. Must work well in team setting Essential Qualifications 3-5 years of Experience in a digital marketing position College or University Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Information Technology, Business Administration, or another related field Proficient in Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager Capable of understanding and writing basic HTML, CSS, and JS code Ability to create high-quality presentations for Senior Leadership Strong project management & analytic skills Strong interpersonal & communication skills Strong detail orientation and commitment to seeing a project through from beginning to end Beneficial Qualifications Experience in bicycle or other high-end consumer goods industry Experience with Sitecore & Microsoft Dynamics Experience running A/B and multivariate tests within a website and/or through email Experience with an SEO platform such as Searchlight (Conductor) or DataCube (BrightEdge) Experience managing a website/brand with eCommerce functionality Physical Demands Working conditions are normal for an office environment Must be able to sit for extended periods of time Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time Must be able to lift 50lbs Travel - domestic and/or international; approx. 5% of time
