Description
Will work in digital technology, and build and manage both software and hardware solutions to launch digital products within the sports technology market in Beaverton, OR. Will work with a cross functional innovation team of product management, program management, operations, marketing, quality assurance, design and engineering, in order to drive decisions on how digital products are developed and implemented. Will lead the formulation of end to end go to market/launch strategies for sports technology products to drive the growth of digital. Will engage with data science and analytics teams to utilize mined data from athletes and consumers to drive digital product design through development, testing, launch and support. Will push initiatives from loose concept through final delivery, and ensure uncompromising standards of quality at every step. Will build support, align all teams and stakeholders, and remove barriers. Will deliver digital products and experiences to market. Will work on products on the following platforms: Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android, XBOX and Sony PlayStation. Will work on projects that use common programming languages like Java, C++/C#, Python, and JavaScript to develop consumer technology solutions. Will work with software and project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Hansoft, and Trello. Will use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau and Qlikview. Will build and develop products to solve unmet consumer needs. Will work with sports technology products including performance and training algorithms, high efficiency user interfaces and distributed systems design. Will understand the capabilities of advanced computational algorithms and their application into consumer technology. Will create business plans and market analysis. Will oversee a team, engage in budget management and manage stakeholder expectations through the product development lifecycle. Will directly supervise 5-10 subordinates. Will engage in 10 to 15 percent domestic and international travel. Education: Master's degree in computer science, information technology, or business.

Qualifications
Experience: Ten years of experience in leading the creation and launch of digital products. Skills/Requirements: 4 years of experience: : (1) coordinating with internal or external customers to determine market strategy, (2) offering software and product requirements specification, (3) utilizing software development methodologies, including Agile, (4) utilizing embedded software development methodologies, (5) data analysis to determine product performance and internal / external client needs, (6) advanced computational algorithms, including artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques, (7) business plan development, (8) managing budgets, (9) programming techniques to analyze products and ensure that they are performing correctly, and (10) mobile development.
