Under general supervision of the Senior Sales Person and the Management Team, is responsible for selling all types of ticket programs and advertising packages and developing ongoing relationships with all customers. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Achieve ticket sales goals for season tickets, group tickets, Heritage Club seats and Suite sales. Primary means of sales contact is phone, secondary is email. Approximate percentage of time spent on Responsibility: 95%. RELATED GENERAL TASKS: Follow sales protocols. Utilize outbound and inbound sales channels. 2. Account holder service as needed. Approximate percentage of time spent on Responsibility: 5%. RELATED GENERAL TASKS: A. Customer Service related initiatives. B. Staff sales tables and support other functions as needed. The ideal candidate must have great communication skills, be professional and be able to multi-task. Applicant must have proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
