Twitch is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our growing product marketing team! You will be responsible for developing our product marketing strategy, managing go-to-market plans, and working cross-functionally as a partner to Product and channel marketing teams. You'll be responsible for driving ongoing growth and user engagement within our Twitch Creator audience. Your prime directive will be to ensure Twitch's key products and features are known, understood, and used. You'll have the opportunity to drive the success of products used by millions of creators around the globe. We are currently looking for a strong Product Marketing Manager to lead work across products that help creators earn money on Twitch and one of our newest offerings, Bounty Board. You will also have the opportunity to work on broader creator facing narratives and initiatives. Responsibilities
Collaborate with Product Management throughout the entire product lifecycle, from ideation, definition, and development, to roll out, growth, and sunset Embed yourself on the product teams to develop and influence the product roadmap based on highest customer needs and insights Act as voice of the creator through insights and product team institutional knowledge to drive impactful messaging through efficient media channels Identify how a product fits within the existing landscape, how it fills a particular target market need in a way that our competitors don't, and how we want our target market to perceive our product Strategically launch new product initiatives and prioritize marketing messaging to drive the highest impact marketing Lead development of internal and external communications around new products to ensure clear understanding of product features and benefits, internal testing instructions, public release timelines, and product messaging Build comprehensive go to market strategic direction and plans, identifying key messages and tactics to support the launch of a product and ongoing engagement beyond initial push Project manage cross-functional efforts to drive successful execution of marketing activities, working closely with Partnerships, Brand, Channel teams, Public Relations, Creative, and Education Collaborate with our internal Creative agency to create high quality, on brand, Twitch native marketing assets that delight the Twitch community Requirements
5-8+ years work experience with a minimum of 3 years experience in product marketing within the tech or startup space You have experience launching products that drive measurable results, from setting the strategic direction through to execution You have exceptional writing skills and can tailor key messages based on audience insights You have experience communicating and influencing across a cross-functional team, including Product, channel teams, and executives. Bonus Points Experience across both consumer and B2B/sales organizations Experience with Influencer campaigns and/or ad buying Passion for the Twitch space, prior gaming industry experience, or experience working with influencers Perks
