As a Human Resources Generalist at Vivid Seats you will partner with all levels of the organization from entry level employees to senior leaders to drive a high performing culture at our operations center for 300+ employees. This position is ideal for a skillful HR professional looking to take the next step in her or his Human Resource career. In this position you will be involved across the organization in a broad spectrum of HR functions including employee relations, benefits, payroll, performance management, on/off boarding to name a few. An ideal candidate will be a smart, humble, and thoughtful individual who will know how to align with strong personalities and strong opinions. The Human Resources Generalist will be a key player in employee and manager relations, capable of serving as both an employer advocate and employee advocate. This will require you to maintain a pulse around the office by proactively engaging with employees and management to sustain an ongoing understanding of office-wide morale, culture, and trends, and themes. With those trends and themes, we are seeking a critical thinker, someone who will act on these aspects to provide expert and objective advice, coaching, and counsel to leaders and employees alike. To be successful, you'll need Proven Career in Human Resources, preferably in a non-exempt employee population Strong knowledge of labor laws, FMLA compliance Experience developing, recommending, and implementing HR policies and objectives Proficient in Excel - Pivot tables, Large data sets, etc. Experience in benefits administration Background in on/off boarding - process, documentation, and employee experience Basic knowledge of payroll best practices and procedure High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and time management What We Offer We are passionate about creating memorable experiences for our fans… and the best in class experience for our employees.
