OVERVIEW As a Brand Partnerships & Activations intern, you will:
Gain insight into vendor marketing initiatives (Nike, Adidas, Under Armour), partnership strategy, and activation planning Participate in day to day operations of the Partnerships & Activations team, vendor communication, campaign planning and recaps, and industry research projects. Influence the strategy, communication, and prospecting of existing or new partnerships, activations, or vendor marketing campaigns RESPONSIBILITIES
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Contribute to communication with partnership and vendor relationships o Vendors - Nike, Adidas, o Partners - AAU, Bigfoot Hoops, etc. Support the evaluation of new marketing opportunities Conduct research on prospective partnerships, activations, or vendor campaigns Assist in reporting on vendor marketing campaign results and activation recaps Track and manage project deliverables Assist in departmental task and special projects as needed QUALIFICATIONS To qualify for an internship with Footlocker/Eastbay, individuals must:
Be a junior or senior in college, or a Spring 2019 graduate Arrange the internship with the educational institution on a for-credit basis, if necessary. Schedule according to the following business hours: Summer internship hours are Monday-Friday (40 hours/week).
