The Senior Director, Digital Product Management, North America will drive the utilization and growth of Nike Digital Products in the key North America Geography. The person in this role will champion the digital consumer journey in all aspects of Nike's strategies and represent the cross-category experiences consumers expect from their digitally connected world. This person will inspire key leadership North America Geography to evolve their digital mindset while overseeing the Digital Product Leads in the Geography to direct the acceptance of best-in-class digital products and the sustainability of their use to best serve billions of Nike consumers with engaging services and premium product.


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners in the North America Geography to drive implementation of Digital Products into the fabric of day-to-day consumer interaction with the brand
  • Direct the Digital Product Leads in North America to communicate and implement the go-to-market plan, scorecards, and solutions needed for long-term growth and sustainability for Nike within the Digital marketplace
  • Drive commerce implementation across the entire portfolio of Nike Digital Products to create a frictionless experience for consumers and generate a positive return on investment
  • Set up and drive the governance model to manage the utilization and growth of Nike Digital Products
  • Together with the Digital Product Leads, influence and inspire key executives across the company throughout Global and in North America to support the vision and adopt the strategy of Nike Digital
  • Be prepared to plug in at various points of projects to get the work done by evolving immediately and adapting to consumer and Geo needs to drive increased utilization and growth of Digital Products
  • Obsess the digital consumer journey and be the champion for consumers who desire cross-category experiences
  • Collaborate with key leaders of the North America Direct to Consumer business, functions, and partners to deliver best-in-class experiences for consumers and maximize the potential of Digital Products in the Nike ecosystem


  • Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree is preferred
  • Experience working in a matrixed environment in a senior-level role
  • 10+ years of professional experience in multi-national corporations and/or digital field
  • Demonstrated team leadership and people development
  • Proven success and experience delivering clear executive-level communications -- compelling, high-impact storyteller
  • Proven ability to mobilize diverse individuals with different goals and facilitate productive discussion and action
  • Self-directed and adept at working in ambiguous environments
  • Prior experience in digital, technology, or product creation is required
