Job Description
The Naval Academy Athletic Association (NAAA) has an immediate opening for a Director of Operations for Track and Field/Cross Country. The Director of Operations is responsible for assisting the Director of Track and Field/Cross Country in coordinating the administrative operations of the entire track and field program. Job responsibilities will include, but not limited to: budget and compliance oversight, internal and external communications, team travel and home meet logistics, strategic support for recruiting, organization and growth of summer camps, public relations/alumni coordination, and academic oversight for all Navy Track and Field/Cross Country student-athletes. The candidate shall possess a professional attitude with the ability to work long hours and handle multiple tasks well.

Qualified candidates must have a bachelor's degree, master's preferred, comprehensive knowledge of Division I Athletic Administration, full understanding of NCAA rules, excellent communication and computer skills.
