Job summary:

This positon will oversee all aspects of revenue management including, but not limited to, optimizing current operations, developing new revenue streams, and assisting in forecasting annual budgets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage General Managers to help them meet and exceed their budgeted revenue targets and continually improve their profitability margins
  • Create growth strategies with the executive team to increase site-level revenue
  • Facilitate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales, profitability, and strategy meetings
  • Produce reports that track new and current sales initiatives, profitability margins, and site productivity
  • Oversee corporate Event Sales and Sponsorships teams to ensure General Managers are fully supported to meet budgeted revenue targets
  • Assist in forecasting new and current sites' budgets
  • Develop and oversee incentive plans for local management teams
  • Direct pre-opening sales efforts in new markets
  • Conduct ongoing competitor price and product analysis to ensure proper rate positioning and product offering relative to competition

    Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist in collecting industry data regarding current trends that will help in forecasting and the budget process
  • Perform other duties as requested by management

    Minimum Qualifications and Skill Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in entertainment, sports, or hospitality managing multi-site operations or revenue management
  • Results-oriented leader with a proven track record of driving sales and profitability in a high-volume, multi-site environment
  • Experience building a revenue management structure and practices from the ground up
  • Exceptional skills in Excel plus knowledge of various entertainment, sports, hospitality brand environment revenue systems
  • Keen analytic, organization and problem-solving skills, allowing for strategic data interpretation
  • Attention to detail, organized, disciplined, and personally accountable
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Undergraduate degree required
