IMG College Licensing is focused on licensing administration, brand protection, trademark infringement, etc. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with universities, licensees, and retailers in assigned conference or region
  • Responsible for overall university account management
  • Responsible for brand development of assigned clients
  • Travel to university and other markets to carry out essential functions and other Collegiate Licensing objectives
  • Maintain day-to-day contact with key contacts at schools
  • Extensive travel to clients in assigned conference or region
  • Negotiate contracts with universities
  • Perform marketplace surveys and game day enforcement activities
  • Marketplace enforcement of infringement issues
  • Make decisions on infringing vs. non-infringing merchandise
  • Understand local marketplace in order to maximize opportunities and minimize problems
  • Execute local market retail and promotional programs
  • Develop and pursue business plans with clients to increase revenue opportunities
  • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
  • Develop, maintain, and accomplish goals/objectives specific to each client's needs
  • Communicate universities' goals across multiple Collegiate Licensing departments to achieve client objectives
  • Maintain files and research on universities in order to effectively prepare quarterly and annual reports
  • Develop relationships with key on-campus decision makers
  • Research and analyze universities' licensee base to determine trends and opportunities for growth
  • Communicate effectively to universities regarding Collegiate Licensing initiatives, systems, and programs Qualifications Four year college degree, or equivalent work experience Minimum two years experience in marketing, trademark licensing, or related field Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Must demonstrate experience presenting to large groups, executives, or senior administrators Prefer at least two years of experience in account management and customer service Nights/Weekends may be required 50% Travel
