Do you want to innovate and lead in the Technical Architecture space? Then join Nike's Go to Market Solutions (GTMS) Organization as a Lead Technical Architect. We actively develop on technology solutions for Sports Marketing and Nike Team enabling Nike's digital connection to our 30,000+ contracted athletes and guests (e.g. Michael Jordan, LeBron, Odell Beckham Jr.), 1300+ sponsored institutions (e.g. NFL, NBA), over 400 Nike employees around the world and 80,000+ youth & high school teams, their families and fans. You'll provide expertise, thought leadership, create strategies, and make recommendations on a wide variety of complex issues having a significant impact on processes and the business.

You'll be the go-to person for Go-To-Market Solutions on key business relationships from an architectural and technical point of view. You'll collaborate with business and IT leadership, enterprise architecture, IT partner teams and external vendors to meet objectives. You'll work in a team environment where you'll be expected to provide technical leadership and direction while communicating effectively across teams.

  • Set the vision for how teams utilize the cloud.
  • Craft technical road-maps that guide product teams and drive priority conversations.

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 6 years IT or related experience
  • 3 years' enterprise, technical, or solutions architecture experience
  • Hands on experience with cloud architectures
  • Track record of building custom, high-performance, resilient web applications
  • Deep experience designing REST-based web services
  • Experience with modern DevOps practices and CI/CD processes.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities
  • Expertise in modern programming languages and development frameworks
  • Self-starter with high motivation and passion who thrives in an ever-changing, exciting environment with the ability to adapt to change.
