  • Works closely with Sales team to create RFP responses, focusing specifically on placement recommendations and rates that accurately answer challenges outlined in the RFP
  • Answers questions from Strategic Planning, Sales, and clients/agencies throughout the pre-sales process, including proposal revisions and rate negotiations
  • Works with internal stakeholders to establish rates for new products, manage yield, and maximize sell-through of all ad solutions
  • Proactively building strategic proposals (Postseason/WBC)
  • Analyze inventory and products while plan building
  • Create plans that are accurate, creative, and strategic, while maximizing revenue and meeting the objectives and expectations of the Sales Teams and the client in a timely manner.


  • Proven ability to put together efficient, effective media plans and recommendations that meet the goals outlined in an RFP request
  • 3-4years of experience specifically in Digital media/sales planning (agency or publisher)
  • Extremely detail-oriented
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple deadlines at once
  • Strong interest in staying current on industry trends, technologies, and platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft excel
  • Broadway, Salesforce, Wide Orbit experience a plus
  • Knowledgeable of the latest Digital advertising trends
