Job summary:
Junior Graphic Designer to assist with the design and production of marketing communications materials to support American Golf courses, clubs, and corporate marketing initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assists the creative team with the production and execution of sales support materials
  • Design and production work for both print and web deliverables, including HTML emails, banners, print collateral, ads, signage, brochures, presentations and other marketing projects
  • Works with marketing team to ensure effective roll out of corporate-approved marketing sales and marketing materials and programs that adhere to brand guidelines
  • Develops necessary club/course-specific content changes as needed
  • Manages photo library, logos, and production file assets
  • Organizes and archives company-wide marketing communications work
  • Helps to maintain and update visual content of various company websites
  • Other duties may be assigned by management.

    Minimum Qualifications and Skill Requirements:
  • B.A. in Graphics Design or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of related experience with an in-house marketing department or Ad Agency
  • Thorough working knowledge of and proven skills using Adobe Design Products (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat); HTML knowledge and ability to use Adobe Dreamweaver, Flash and Action Script a plus
  • Understanding of print production and printing processes required
  • MAC and PC platform literacy
  • Familiarity with new interactive marketing channels and mediums such as e-marketing, social media, SEO, and PPC
  • Must have high attention to detail and excellent execution
  • Must have good time management skills with the ability to work effectively both as a self-starter and in a team environment, ability to work well with all organizational levels, and ability to take direction well.
  • Must have exceptional project management, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness to changing needs of business and workflow
