-Use data from multiple sources (Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, internal databases, competitive audits, etc.) to identify emerging markets, pockets of opportunity in existing sports or markets, forecast marketing/sales trends and highlight opportunities for new acquisition and retention initiatives. -Work cross-functionally with the Marketing and Market Development teams in analyzing a multitude of segments and uncovering actionable insights. Leverage market research and internal data to develop product penetration analysis to understand share of wallet, market penetration and sizing of opportunity. You'll proactively offer suggestions for enhancements to existing products/services or for potential new products/services. -Advise business partners with regards to patterns and relationships in the data to guide strategy and measure outcomes. Translates findings into recommendations that inform intended experience, design, channel plans, operational and tactical business decisions. -Consult, Design and Measure Experiments, A/B Tests, new Marketing Channels & Tactics to determine the impact of new approaches developed within the marketing team. -Create test plan framework and methodology. Execute appropriate quality control procedures for analysis, reporting & scoring and audit statistical analysis for accuracy -Measure marketing campaign effectiveness and attribution. Make strategic and tactical recommendations to optimize campaign performance to achieve pipeline, revenue and sales objectives. Make recommendations for incorporating intent data to prioritize leads and outreach. -Drive organizational understanding of campaign attribution, KPI's and ROI; help tell the story that marketing generates revenue. Establish best practices for tracking and analysis of return on investment (ROI) and making recommendations on where to invest. -Work with Decision Sciences to run statistical analysis, create predictive models, create segmentation strategy by sport and market. -Applies advanced knowledge of analytics and tools to drive change with partners to create/enhance our capabilities (e.g. VoC tools, reports/dashboards, brand index measurements, ideal KPI's by channel, impact assessment/attribution models). -Interacts with stakeholders across the enterprise to present clear and concise Results, Analysis and Recommendations, examples of which may include Customer Experience & Marketing strategy roadmaps, CE scorecard, Brand Indexes, Market Opportunity and Competitive analysis. -Build plan for primary research agenda and prioritization, both routine and ad hoc.
