Strategic Enterprise Capabilities (SEC) is a reinvention of the way Nike does business. We see the opportunity to strengthen our value chain, connect the matrix, unlock new technologies and elevate the strategies that inspire future innovations. The SEC team will drive end-to-end integration across hundreds of business processes, leveraging a flexible and scalable Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and best-of-breed technology solutions that support the retail experience of the future. One of the most critical ingredients to our success will be the quality of our Data and how it enables us to drive high quality, timely decision making across all areas of our business. As our Director, SEC Data Readiness, you will report to the Director Data and Analytics for SEC, and through partnership with the Epic Business and Technology Leaders as well as representatives from all our key functions, will be responsible for developing and executing our strategy for Transitioning our Data into our new landscape.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Develop Strategy for data acquisition and conversion into future state technology applications and platforms.

  • Work with stakeholders to define scope of data, standards for data conversion success, validation and sign-off processes

  • Build Understanding of the Strategy with Key Stakeholders
  • Leverage best in class Data Quality tools to drive automation and Data Quality
  • Defines Data Conversion operating model and outlines the process for data remediation, including requirements for data owners, business rules, remediators, plan and tracking against roadmap.

  • Develop and Manage Work Schedules within the Data Conversion workstream
  • Provide Visibility to Progress and challenges to all relevant stakeholders
  • Drive Resolution of high level problems and issues within the team
  • Develop and leverage Scorecards and measures of quality and completeness to drive progress against goals
  • Coach and guide Cross Functional team members to meet team goals and grow their skills

    Qualifications

  • Broad Knowledge of core SAP Data Structures and Relationships
  • Experience in large scale enterprise systems deployments
  • Good Cross Functional understanding of Business Operations in our Industry
  • Understanding of Data Quality practices and Tools
  • Degree in Business/Engineering/Manufacturing/Technology. 10 years' leadership experience in lieu of an Degree
  • Demonstrated success in delivering results leading cross functional teams
