The student intern in the Curatorial Department will research and write about baseball history and baseball artifacts to support the curatorial and exhibits programs at the Museum. A special focus will be the links between baseball and American social and cultural history.

These aspects will include conducting primary and secondary research on the history and provenance of museum artifacts, researching the events of baseball history to find connections with American culture, and writing up the results of the findings. Other functions will include writing and editing exhibit labels for selected new artifacts, and researching and answering incoming correspondence.

One position available, graduate level preferred. Majors in history, museum studies, public history preferred
