T Systems Development Team Leader - Stevenage - to £61k pa

Our client based in Stevenage is looking for an experienced IT Systems Development Team Leader to join their expanding team based in Stevenage.

The Systems Development Team Leader is responsible for the Systems Development Team covering all development work, security and availability of the IT service and resolution of issues. You will take overall responsibility for the seamless implementation of system developments into our clients systems as well as being involved in the resolution of issues relating to systems developments and integrations. Ensuring all technology development, platforms and integrations are aligned and work together. With responsibility for the documentation of the overall system architecture and ensuring future change is aligned to the IT strategy. You will act as the escalation point for all members of our client, it is key that you act as an advocate for the IT department; bridging operations and technology, you will be responsible for ensuring the needs of both IT and the operations are aligned.

It is expected that you will have several years experience of developing strong and robust systems as a developer with the last 2/3 years working at a Team Leader level still working at a hands on level. Essential skills are - C#, ASP.Net, JavaScript, MVC, CSS, HTML and React.js. It is also expected that you have experience inagile ways of working and acting as a scrum master.
