My sought after client near Hitchin are looking for a Business Development Manager within Financial services.
The main purpose of this role is attaining leads, sourcing new opportunities and building a new client base.
You will need to be driven, think outside of the box and generate business
This is a newly created role where you will be joining an established and robust business with an exciting growth plan.
As an integral team member, you will be responsible for driving the business forward
What you will do:
* Achieve the agreed level of client meetings activity to meet agreed targets.
* Too undertake projects as and when required, supporting the needs of the business or to achieve departmental objectives.
* Generate new business through prospecting via outbound calling, the Internet, networking, events, and campaigns
* Identify business opportunities and develop the actions necessary to win new clients
* Work with Management, and fellow Business Development Executives to implement sales strategies, identify opportunities, motivate the team and spur growth
* Educate prospects on our solutions and communicate the capabilities, benefits, and competitive advantages of working with the company
* Effectively communicate project specifications to Advisers and other included staff. Then monitor progress.
* Provide customer support; manage client expectations in conjunction with the Project Account Managers
* Maintain records of telephonic interactions, orders and accounts in CRM software
* Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients
* Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients'
objectives
* Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
* Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
* Attending face-to-face meetings with clients, Introducers as and when needed

* Basic 24K to 28K depending on experience OTE first year 40K plus uncapped commission
