As a NetAppU Program Manager you provide a full range of logistical, operational, and program management services for employee, partner and customer trainings; both online and instructor led. You provide trainings to all business lines and content consumers of NetAppU learning materials, including engineering, product management, marketing, sales, and professional services. Essential Functions:- Develop and execute integrated logistical, operational and program functions for employee, partner and customer training.- Work cross-functionally to ensure that programs meet stakeholder requirements.- Design and develop, or assist with design and development of programs or projects.- Provide program coordination and leadership in the execution of day-today program activities.- Coordinate the collection, compilation and analysis of program activity data.- Assist in establishing and implementing short and long range goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures.- Work with remote on-site Logistics contacts to ensure that functions are globally applicable.Engage remote contacts and stakeholder audiences to ensure continuous quality improvement.- Support training events, including the Fall Classic and other NA and NAU key programs.- Document SABA issues, and bugs.- Cross train other team members; provide back-up.- Manage special projects as assigned.
- Solid written, verbal and interpersonal skills.- Solid project management and decision making skills.- Ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies across multiple audiences.- Commitment to customer satisfaction; excellent follow through.- Flexibility in fast-paced environment.Responsibility and Interaction:Responsibility: - The types of tasks this individual is responsible are a mix of structured and unstructured tasks. This individual will apply attained experiences and knowledge in solving routine to moderately complex problems. Interaction: - This individual interacts primarily with Staff to Director level employees within the function, and the technical team on assigned projects. There may be communication with employees in other functions as required.- General direction is provided on routine work, and detailed direction is provided on new projects and assignments; as well as on-going review of activities and priorities.- The ideal candidate will be an important contributor or lead on team projects.
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
