The Adobe Analytics Analyst will integrate Adobe Analytics with Subway Digital's Web and Mobile platforms. This candidate will create dashboards and standardized reports. They will serve as the expert for integrating Adobe Analytics with Adobe Target, and issuing Adobe Target code within websites using Adobe DTM.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Troubleshoot and support Adobe Analytics and Adobe DTM issues
  • Refine existing dashboards and creates new dashboards based on business need
  • Accountable for all new tags functioning properly
  • Manages and issues Campaign Codes and catalogs how there are to be reflected in Classification Rules
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis as necessary to answer business questions and drive decisions
  • Develop in-depth and insightful custom reports to communicate key metrics and findings
  • Maintain and manage accurate tracking and tagging
  • Work with the Business to identify, develop and monitor key performance indicators
  • Drive business value and improved measurement and analytic capabilities, supporting the strategic measurement design and measurement infrastructure

Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Strong background with Adobe Analytics, Adobe DTM - Must Have ; Adobe Target - Nice to have
  • Broad knowledge of systems i.e., web, mobile applications, databases, APIs, consumer electronics and computer languages
  • Ability to evaluate concepts and present recommendations to senior leadership
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and set priorities
  • Experience in paid digital marketing channels and ad tech
