We are currently searching for a Technology Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team in our Milford, CT office. This person will be responsible for full life cycle recruitment, with a focus on creative sourcing of candidates for our Technology & Digital roles.
- Full life cycle recruiting
- Writing job descriptions and job postings
- Sourcing of candidates through utilization of alternative methods (social media, universities, professional organizations, etc.)
- Participation in job fairs
- Maintaining and providing weekly recruitment metrics
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Min. 3 years high volume technology recruitment experience; entry level to senior level
- Excellent communication skills
- Vast network for candidate sourcing
- Experienced in writing technology job descriptions
- Working knowledge of ATS, UltiPro a plus.
- Solid analytical skills, ability to create reports and recruiting metrics
- Experienced in all aspects of the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
- Preferred candidates have a combination of recruitment experience on the corporate side as well as the agency side
