HR Business Partner Retail - London, United Kingdom, HR Business Partner (Retail) Location: Hammersmith, London Remuneration: Up to £52,500 (depending on experience) + excellent package & flexible working arrangement Details Working for a high profile and leading UK business we have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and confident HR specialist with strong business partnering skills to be based in Hammersmith, London on a permanent basis. As a result of continuous growth and a recent restructure this brand new role will hold responsibility for the people agenda of the Retail arm of the business (circa 800 employees) and for the effective management of a HR Advisor. As HR Business Partner the main purpose of the role is to align business objectives with employees and management within the Retail business. The position serves as a strategic partner to management on human resource related issues and will act as the voice of the business within HR by providing support and guidance on all aspects of the partner lifecycle. The role requires the ability to think and plan strategically, shape projects and deliver to agreed timelines. Individuals must have a communication style and gravitas that allows them to coach, influence and integrate at a senior level through strong relationships. Qualifications & Experience * Proven HR consultant / management / business partnering experience gained within a commercial environment. * CIPD qualified. * Broad knowledge across multiple HR disciplines including employee relations, performance management, talent management, organisational design and compensation. * Highly effective communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills to enable the creation of effective relationships with all levels of the business. * Exposure of partnering with a contact centre, customer services or retail function (not essential).
